SEO Site Manager/SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own SEO performance across assigned sites from strategy through execution
• Orchestrate AI-driven SEO workflows using internal tooling
• Define and prioritize SEO initiatives based on commercial impact
• Lead keyword strategy, site architecture, and on-page optimization
• Oversee technical SEO including crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and revenue performance
• Investigate performance drops related to algorithm updates or technical issues
• Collaborate with AI Integration Specialists to improve SEO automation
• Mentor junior SEO team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience managing and scaling competitive websites
• Strong technical SEO foundation
• Experience with large sites, programmatic pages, or multi-site portfolios
• Comfortable using CLI-based AI tools (e.g. Claude Code)
• Systems-oriented thinker with an operator mindset
