SEO Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies to support company growth and brand competitiveness
• Lead cross-functional SEO projects collaborating with marketing, content, and engineering teams
• Oversee international SEO initiatives and localization strategies for global audiences
• Manage SEO budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
• Analyze competitive landscapes to uncover new organic growth opportunities
• Implement advanced technical SEO solutions including site migrations and schema markup
• Drive data-informed decision-making through in-depth SEO analysis and reporting
• Optimize SEO workflows and team processes for scalability
• Partner with senior leadership to align SEO with broader digital marketing strategies
• Utilize and build using PMG SEO tools, including AI and SQL-based data analysis

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SEO
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Expertise in SEO content strategy and technical SEO
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and structured data
• Experience with keyword analysis, content auditing, and web page optimization
• Familiarity with AIO, LLM Reporting, and AEO strategies
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, and Microsoft Excel
