SEO Outreacher

Responsibilities

• Execute link building campaigns including guest posting, resource page insertions, and broken link building
• Research and build prospect lists for the Japanese market
• Write personalized, culturally fluent outreach emails to Japanese publishers and editors
• Manage end-to-end outreach workflows and maintain long-term relationships with website owners and journalists
• Identify brand mention opportunities and coordinate with local marketing and product teams
• Utilize AI tools to automate research, drafting, and data processing
• Run A/B tests on outreach tactics and document findings for the global team
• Support the Country SEO Lead with content optimization and technical SEO tasks

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with business-level English
• 1-2 years of experience in link building, digital PR, or content marketing
• Deep understanding of the Japanese digital publishing landscape
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or Screaming Frog
• Experience with CMS platforms and interviewing/writing case studies
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research and communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content like blog posts or infographics for outreach
• Familiarity with Japan-specific platforms like Yahoo, Line, or local forums
• Experience with CRM tools like Pitchbox or BuzzStream
• Basic design skills or comfort using Canva
