SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic and conversions across key men's health categories
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and guide long-term growth
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for both users and search engines
• Partner with content creators to ensure all assets are built on strong SEO fundamentals
• Collaborate with developers to manage technical SEO, including crawlability, speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates
• Experiment with new tools, AI integrations, and automation to improve efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within a DTC, tech, or healthcare background
• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategic communication
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Toronto
