SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO and AEO strategy, including organic, local, and answer engine optimization
• Manage direct reports and provide strategic guidance to broader partners
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, brand, engineering, and product teams
• Analyze and present SEO and AEO performance metrics to marketing leadership and executives
• Proactively test new tools and strategies to improve organic visibility and lead quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of SEO experience at mid to large organizations with multiple locations
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven experience optimizing for generative AI engines and answer platforms
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and on-site optimization
• Proficiency with tools such as Conductor, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile
• Experience managing enterprise SEO programs within CMS environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to the legal industry or lead generation businesses
• Salesforce experience
