SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page speed
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues including indexing, crawling, and structured data
• Track, report, and communicate SEO performance and insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in B2B or eCommerce
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and E-E-A-T principles
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical troubleshooting
• Experience in content strategy, link-building, and local SEO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale websites and international SEO
• Familiarity with Python or SQL for data analysis
• Knowledge of Google Ads, paid search, and social media marketing
• Understanding of AI-driven SEO tools and automation
