SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the SEO and AI growth strategy for the Italian market, covering on-page, off-page, and technical aspects
• Uncover growth opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep-dives
• Partner with content, product, and growth teams to embed SEO best practices across all company builds
• Craft high-impact content briefs designed to match user intent and drive conversions
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance using tools like GSC, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Contribute to global SEO initiatives and share market-specific insights with the international team

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO (SaaS or agency experience is a strong plus)
• C2 fluency in Italian (must-have)
• Strong expertise across technical SEO, content SEO, and web analytics
• Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn complex insights into actionable growth strategies
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment
