SEO Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven SEO strategies to increase brand visibility and performance
• Analyze search trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes
• Conduct technical SEO audits and troubleshoot site health issues
• Stay updated on algorithm updates, AI advancements, and emerging search trends
• Create compelling dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and GA4
• Manage and optimize SEO platforms, integrations, and reporting tools
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, Analytics, and Engineering teams
• Manage project execution and support annual planning
• Provide training and insights to internal and client teams
• Utilize SQL and AI integrations for data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in SEO content strategy and technical SEO
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and structured data
• Experience with content auditing, keyword analysis, and brief creation
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of AIO, LLM Reporting, and AEO strategies
