SEO & GEO Associate

Responsibilities

• Support organic strategy for a portfolio of clients across traditional SEO and GEO
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content/link-building recommendations
• Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and related tools
• Monitor traffic, rankings, AI Overview visibility, conversions, and SERP trends
• Build annual and quarterly roadmaps tied to client business goals and ROI
• Share insights and recommendations with clients through email, calls, and presentations
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline research and reporting workflows

Requirements

• Experience with keyword research and core SEO execution
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and iframes
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Search Console, and SEO reporting tools
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Clear, concise client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Interest in AI-driven search, GEO, and emerging SEO trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Conductor, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier, or APIs
• Curiosity about AI Overviews, generative citations, and SERP volatility
• Agency experience supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
