About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and execute comprehensive pillar pages and evergreen guides
- Write and optimize page copy for both Google algorithms and human psychology
- Produce in-depth, long-form assets (1,500+ words) to rank for high-difficulty keywords
- Audit, rewrite, and re-optimize existing content to defend rankings and improve CTR
- Execute on-page SEO including semantic keyword integration, internal linking, and schema
Requirements
- Portfolio of content ranking in top 3 positions for competitive keywords
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into persuasive prose
- Experience managing content calendars focused on organic traffic and lead conversion
- High-speed internet (15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup)
- Reliable hardware (Intel i5/Ryzen 5 or better, 8GB RAM minimum)
