SEO Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Canva's Naver Blog as a core organic content channel, managing editorial quality and performance
• Build and maintain a strategic editorial calendar based on keyword research and Naver platform dynamics
• Plan, write, and publish high-quality Korean-language content optimized for Naver discovery
• Expand organic presence across Naver surfaces including Naver Café, Knowledge iN, and video formats
• Identify high-opportunity keywords and content gaps to grow traffic share in the Korean market
• Build and manage a pool of freelance copywriters, providing coaching and quality assurance
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, content drafting, and workflow efficiency
• Monitor emerging search trends including AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean with business-level English
• Proven track record in SEO content writing with a strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of Naver's content ecosystem and user preferences
• Experience managing or coaching other writers or freelancers
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or BlackKiwi
• Experience using CMS and web analytics tools to measure content performance
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword optimization and user intent

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in SEO strategy development and planning
• Hands-on experience running a Naver Blog or similar owned content channel
• Experience with Naver video formats like Clip or TV
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video content discoverability
