SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive SEO, SEM, and digital growth strategies with a focus on emerging trends like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and manage technical SEO audits to improve website rankings.
• Optimize content for multilingual audiences, specifically targeting Arabic and English speakers.
• Implement GEO strategies to enhance discoverability in AI-powered search engines like Google SGE, Bing Copilot, and ChatGPT.
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and Retargeting to optimize ad spend and ROI.
• Develop and manage content strategies across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to measure performance and provide actionable monthly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Must be currently located in the UAE.
