SEO & AEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Build Suno's SEO & AEO strategy from the ground up as the first dedicated hire.
• Define how Suno surfaces within AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build agentic AI systems to automate content pipelines, programmatic page generation, and reporting.
• Execute programmatic SEO & AEO at a global scale, accounting for regional search behaviors and languages.
• Partner with engineering on technical SEO, site architecture, schema, and localization infrastructure.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to align organic and paid strategies and share audience signals.
• Translate search and AI conversation signals into actionable product insights and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in SEO with a track record of driving non-branded demand at scale.
• Recent, hands-on experience in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Deep technical SEO skills, including crawlability, indexation, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Proven experience with programmatic SEO at a meaningful scale.
• Demonstrated ability to build agentic AI systems rather than just using existing tools.
• Experience driving organic growth across multiple international markets.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and able to work on-site in NYC.
