About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sensory studies and internal trainings
  • Set up testing rooms, label cups, prepare and serve samples, and clean up
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Document samples, retrieve and stock supplies, and perform routine cleaning tasks
  • Analyze and report results of small-scale routine sensory studies
  • Set up and auto-report data collected via sensory software and Excel
  • Interact effectively with the sensory team in planning resources

Requirements

  • BS Graduate or High School diploma
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Basic math skills including percentages and conversions
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Must be a non-smoker
  • Availability for 40 hours per week, specifically 8am-4pm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a scientific lab
  • Experience in food preparation
