About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute sensory studies and internal trainings
- Set up testing rooms, label cups, prepare and serve samples, and clean up
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Document samples, retrieve and stock supplies, and perform routine cleaning tasks
- Analyze and report results of small-scale routine sensory studies
- Set up and auto-report data collected via sensory software and Excel
- Interact effectively with the sensory team in planning resources
Requirements
- BS Graduate or High School diploma
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic math skills including percentages and conversions
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Must be a non-smoker
- Availability for 40 hours per week, specifically 8am-4pm
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a scientific lab
- Experience in food preparation
