Responsibilities

• Perform dedicated olfactory evaluation by actively smelling and evaluating fragrance samples in various formats
• Generate precise, objective sensory data through character and intensity annotations using internal scales
• Evaluate the evolution of odor profiles over time to measure fragrance integrity and performance
• Follow established protocols and maintain high standards of objectivity during panel participation
• Participate in training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency across data points

Requirements

• Proven olfactory acuity with the ability to differentiate and describe nuanced odor characteristics
• Ability to pass a sensory acuity screening
• High level of concentration and meticulousness during repetitive sensory tasks
• Methodical and objective mindset capable of separating personal preference from analytical assessment
• Reliability and commitment to scheduled daily onsite working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Genuine passion for fragrance or olfactory science
• Experience using descriptive language for sensory perceptions
• Background or interest in chemistry, biology, or psychology
