Senior/Staff Specialist - Supply Chain Data Science

Responsibilities

• Implement and benchmark cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), multi-modal models, and Agentic AI systems.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, including data cleaning, processing, manipulation, and modeling of large datasets.
• Analyze data trends, correlations, and patterns to translate complex information into actionable business insights.
• Act as an analytics translator to communicate complex data requirements between business users and IT departments.
• Support the supply chain by developing analytical solutions and models that drive operational decisions.
• Continuously evaluate state-of-the-art techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AI solutions.
• Promote a mindset of digitalization and advanced analytics within the organization through expertise and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in deep learning, with a specific emphasis on generative models.
• At least 5 years of relevant software development experience using modern deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch.
• High analytical skills and the ability to approach new challenges with keen perception.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
