Senior/Staff Software Engineer, AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered internal systems for a range of functions across Suno
• Own the underlying infrastructure that keeps those systems running in production
• Embed with cross-functional partners to understand workflows and prioritize builds
• Partner with engineering teams to expand AI-enabled tooling
• Establish engineering foundations and operational patterns for growing functions

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience building and shipping internal tooling or business support systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and agentic workflows
• Strong communication skills for working with non-engineering partners
• Eligibility to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on platform, developer experience, or enterprise engineering teams
• Familiarity with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation
• Experience establishing observability and operational practices from scratch
• Comfort operating in early-stage, 0→1 environments
