Senior/Staff Product Manager, Maps

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes for the Radar Maps Platform
• Work closely with customers and prospects to understand mapping needs and migration drivers from legacy providers
• Lead a full-stack product team of engineers and designers across backend, frontend, SDKs, APIs, and UI components
• Use data analysis to identify and close gaps in coverage, accuracy, freshness, latency, or cost
• Write crisp product specs, 1-pagers, documentation, and launch plans
• Utilize AI to accelerate design, prototyping, analysis, and documentation
• Run sprint planning and ensure high-quality, timely shipping

Requirements

• Experience owning product strategy and execution for high-growth products
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering and design
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive product improvements
• Strong technical writing skills for specs and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with maps, geocoding, routing, search, logistics, or mobility
• Background in developer platforms, APIs, SDKs, or data infrastructure
• Experience working with geospatial datasets like address data, POI, or map tiles
• Former founder experience or history of operating with founder-level ownership
