Senior/Staff Product Manager, Fraud

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes for Radar Protect
• Work closely with customers to understand fraud workflows and identify product opportunities
• Lead a full-stack product team of engineers and designers across backend, frontend, mobile/web SDKs, and APIs
• Write crisp product specs, documentation, and launch plans
• Use AI to accelerate design, prototyping, and analysis
• Run sprint planning and ensure high-quality shipping cycles
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to define the market category

Requirements

• Experience owning product strategy and execution for high-growth products
• Ability to lead technical teams shipping SDKs, APIs, and complex backend systems
• Strong ability to translate customer insights into technical product requirements
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in anti-fraud, risk, identity, trust and safety, compliance, payments, fintech, or gaming
• Experience with technical products including rules engines, dashboards, or real-time decisioning systems
• Former founder experience or history of operating with founder-level ownership
