Responsibilities
- Own the AI agent strategy, roadmap, and sequenced business outcomes
- Define agent quality through prompt engineering, conversation design, and evaluation frameworks
- Drive revenue impact by prioritizing workflows that maximize operational efficiency
- Create organizational playbooks and standards for AI product development
- Partner with Engineering, Legal, and GTM leadership to architect reliable AI systems
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrable expertise building AI/LLM-powered products (conversational AI or agents)
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks
- Experience with 0→1 product development and commercialization
- Strong technical fluency in system architecture, API design, and latency/cost trade-offs
- Proven track record of strategic build-vs-buy decisions for AI infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building conversational AI at scale in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with AI agent platforms and their trade-offs
- Experience coaching other PMs on AI best practices
