Responsibilities

• Elevate the design of web and mobile app experiences across platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data teams
• Maintain an incredibly high standard for quality, pixel-perfection, and microinteractions
• Innovate UI and UX boundaries while ensuring intuitive user engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience crafting delightful consumer-facing designs
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and innovation
• Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-moving problem spaces
• Expertise in Figma
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in NYC or LA

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills in animated prototyping
• Experience building and maintaining design system components
• A passion for music (listening, exploring, or making)
