Senior/Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Define product design direction across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Shape long-term product vision in partnership with Design and Product leadership.
• Own large product problem spaces, considering systemic dependencies and the broader platform ecosystem.
• Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity to create clear product and business objectives.
• Lead design initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing and research to implementation and metric accountability.
• Mentor and influence less experienced designers to raise the collective bar of the team.

Requirements

• Business Mindset: Ability to use business data to shape decisions and align user needs with commercial goals.
• Agentic AI Fluency: Experience shipping or prototyping agentic products, with understanding of agents, tools, and evals.
• Research & Problem Framing: Proficiency in combining qualitative research and business data to articulate actionable decisions.
• Systemic Thinking: Ability to map how products create and capture value across complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• High Design Craft: A commitment to high standards of execution and functional excellence.
• English Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
