Senior/Staff Product Designer

About the Company

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups. We are building an AI-native ERP to automate manual data entry for accounting teams, replacing legacy systems with intuitive, high-speed software.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform from web to mobile
• Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
• Help define design culture and improve product development speed
• Mentor other designers as the team scales

Requirements

• 6+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
• Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000 - $225,000
• Equity: $45,000 - $75,000
