Senior/Staff Manufacturing Engineer DFM

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between initial concept and full production by providing design teams with critical insights on manufacturability, assembly, testing, and tooling
• Lead the in-house development of innovative and complex prototype manufacturing equipment
• Design assembly sequences and establish critical quality parameters to ensure production efficiency
• Serve as a key stakeholder in scaling manufacturing lines from concept to high-volume production
• Leverage virtualization technologies to accelerate development cycles and mitigate technical risks
• Diagnose and resolve complex multi-disciplinary issues across mechanical, electrical, software, and control systems
• Provide hands-on technical support and collaborate with external integrators and suppliers

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of hardware DFM manufacturing experience
• Expertise in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, sealing, and automation equipment
• Proficiency with 3D/2D CAD, GD&T, and SPC
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
