Senior/Staff Java Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize the backend architecture for the Wallet Earn on-chain investment platform
• Build the aggregated-investment risk control platform to ensure system stability and fund safety
• Improve protocol integration capabilities and R&D velocity
• Contribute to the multi-chain user asset/position platform for major public chains and DeFi protocols
• Own the architecture and development of core modules for the AI Agent Marketplace
• Ensure high availability and performance while resolving complex production issues
• Improve system architecture, monitoring, observability, and security

Requirements

• Solid Java fundamentals with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, MQ, and RPC
• Proven experience with high-concurrency, high-availability distributed systems
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols (e.g., Aave, Morpho, Pendle, Pancake) and smart contract fundamentals
• Understanding of mainstream wallet products, account models, and the DeFi ecosystem
• Strong systems analysis and architecture design skills for large-scale products
• Ability to resolve complex production issues using log analysis and distributed tracing
• Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with EVM, Solana, and Tron
• Experience in on-chain protocol or smart contract development
• Experience building high-concurrency trading, financial, or payment systems
• Understanding of on-chain risk control, KYT, and AML mechanisms
• Experience with AI Agents, LLMs, MCP, or Workflow systems
