Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and grow entire lines of business end-to-end
• Build and scale features for a growing enterprise customer base
• Solve deep technical problems regarding authorization, customizability, observability, and security
• Work with high autonomy to drive customer outcomes

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior or Staff level engineer
• Ability to move with urgency and high agency
• Strong product mindset and obsession with quality
• Experience owning complex systems end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python (Django) and Postgres
• Experience with React and GraphQL
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
• Experience scaling products for enterprise-level users
