Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and build features end to end
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express
• Lead the design and delivery of mission-critical backend APIs and services
• Build and improve frontend features in the web app to ensure a best-in-class user experience
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
• Interact directly with customers to gather feedback
• Proactively identify technical debt and drive architectural improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack or software development
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript or JavaScript
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs in production
• Experience with cloud operating systems (GCP preferred)
• Ability to ship quickly and focus on high-impact work
• Demonstrated ownership of complex projects
