Senior/Staff Founding Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own entire product surfaces end-to-end, from customer discovery and architecture to shipping and measuring impact.
• Architect the core platform, including event-driven agent frameworks, shared memory across patient interactions, and tool orchestration.
• Build early intervention systems that analyze claims data and clinical records to trigger real-time care responses.
• Design technical systems for the virtual clinic to enable AI-driven intake and triage, allowing clinicians to handle higher volumes.
• Make critical architectural decisions to ensure the platform scales from thousands of members to orders of magnitude more.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience shipping AI/ML in production, specifically with agent systems and LLM orchestration.
• Experience building and running production systems where high reliability and real-world stakes are critical.
• Ability to thrive in high-ownership, high-ambiguity environments without a predefined roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or fintech industries.
• Experience building data-heavy pipelines and complex orchestration layers.
