About the Company
Giga has recently raised a $61M Series A and is working with Fortune 500 customers to deploy the next generation of customer experience - real-time AI agents that can understand emotion, resolve issues instantly, and scale across the world's largest enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements from start to end, including discovery calls, demos, and stakeholder alignment
- Design and ship production-ready AI agents using backend code, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
- Own the full agent development life cycle, including prototyping, CI/CD, and monitoring live usage
- Manage and mentor agent engineers to grow into project leaders
- Close the feedback loop with product and platform teams to prototype new features and capture unmet needs
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience (e.g., consulting)
- 4+ years of total managerial experience
- Proficiency with React, Python, tool calls, and APIs
- Computer science degree or industry-equivalent experience
- Ability to work long productive hours with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at successful startups or former founder experience
- Ability to context switch rapidly in an entrepreneurial environment
