Senior/Staff Engineer - Digital Design

Responsibilities

• Generate DFT instruments using advanced EDA tools, including MBIST, OCC, TAP controller, Boundary Scan, LBIST, SSN, and EDT.
• Perform integration and verification of DFT instruments and test functions using industrial and in-house simulation tools.
• Conduct block-level and chip-level DFT rule checking and debugging for various testing modes.
• Generate and verify test patterns through automated flows.
• Assist with test pattern debugging on ATE machines and perform failure analysis.
• Research advanced DFT techniques specifically for Automotive Ethernet products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital DFT design, logic simulation, synthesis, formal verification, ATE test, and silicon failure analysis.
• Solid knowledge and background in ASIC development.
• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and scripting languages including Perl, Python, Tcl, and Make.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
