Senior/Staff Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant facilities maintenance, including scheduled Preventive Maintenance and unplanned Corrective Maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and delivery orders to ensure service completion.
• Monitor and manage SOE expenses, budget planning, and month-end closing reporting.
• Maintain plant utility infrastructure and building M&E systems.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings and maintenance process optimization.
• Manage inventory, stores, and the fabrication of jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing.
• Meet KPIs for equipment breakdown recovery to ensure effective repair and rectification.

Requirements

• Degree in Facilities Management (FM), Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10-15 years of professional experience in manufacturing maintenance and plant facilities environments.
• High proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Inventory Management Systems.
• Experience using the Ariba Procurement System and Vendor Management Systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Copilot and advanced digital productivity tools.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale utility infrastructure and building systems.
