Senior/Staff Engineer

Antithesis is reinventing software reliability by running entire software systems inside a deterministic simulation to identify root causes through perfect reproduction. We are a well-funded, deeply technical team focused on solving the verification bottleneck in the age of AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the open-source project Bombadil
• Work with specification languages and verifiers
• Handle Chromium automation and advanced property-based testing
• Contribute to frontend development and other core system components

Requirements

• Proficient in Rust development
• Experience with property-based testing or fuzzing
• Comfortable with web technologies including browsers, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Chrome Devtools Protocol, Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Knowledge of formal specification languages such as TLA+ or LTL
• Experience implementing parsers, type systems, or interpreters
