Antithesis is reinventing software reliability by running entire software systems inside a deterministic simulation to identify and reproduce root causes of bugs instantly. They are a well-funded, deeply technical team focused on solving the verification bottleneck in the age of AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Build out Hegel, a new family of open-source property-based testing libraries.
• Develop high-quality property-based testing tools across multiple programming languages.
• Utilize AI-assisted development workflows to maintain high quality and speed.
• Act as a "tastemaker" for Hegel implementations in specific languages.

Requirements

• Experience using property-based testing (PBT)
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hypothesis or other PBT libraries
• Familiarity with Python and Rust
• Willingness to work in a variety of programming languages
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience maintaining an active open-source library
• Familiarity with Nix
