Senior/Staff Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to shape the roadmap for Mobile Consumer Create from ideation through launch
• Design and run end-to-end experiments to test new ways to make mobile creation more rewarding
• Build analyses to surface user behavior patterns and identify "magic moments" in the user journey
• Establish metrics and frameworks to define and measure team success
• Contribute to building strong data foundations within the data science team

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of data science experience in consumer tech and mobile apps
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
• Experience running end-to-end experiments from design to shipping decisions
• User-centric, product-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a passion for continuous learning
• Proficiency with and excitement about using and building AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Musician or creative hobbyist with empathy for the user base
• Experience partnering with early-stage or 0-to-1 product teams
• Familiarity with mobile-specific analytics and attribution tooling
