Senior/Staff Data Engineer (Agentic AI)

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize data structures and architectures to ensure availability, accessibility, and performance
• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data, including sensor and image data
• Design, implement, and operationalize agentic workflows and AI orchestration systems (e.g., MCP, multi-agent systems, autonomous pipelines)
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, business analysts, and engineering teams on AI and advanced analytics projects
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data management and processing
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and improving data architecture
• Lead and contribute to cross-site digitalization and data initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, or a related field
• Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and production data systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL in real-world projects
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases and modern data architecture
• Practical experience collaborating in cross-functional AI/data science teams
• Proven hands-on experience with agentic workflows and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., MCP, LangChain, multi-agent systems)
