Responsibilities
- Own and grow entire lines of business end-to-end
- Work with high autonomy to create impactful product features
- Solve scaling challenges including authorization, customizability, observability, and security
- Build and maintain high-quality software that requires minimal product training
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior or Staff level engineer
- Ability to move with urgency and high agency
- Proven track record of owning complex technical projects
- Strong product mindset and obsession with customer outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python (Django) and Postgres
- Experience with GraphQL (Strawberry)
- Experience with React and React Query
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Cursor
