Senior/Staff Analyst, Finance Analytics & AI

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and agentic experiences to encode repeatable finance workflows like revenue analysis and cost monitoring
• Write and iterate on structured prompt and skill architectures using YAML and Markdown
• Build and maintain quarterly and weekly revenue summary pipelines
• Own semantic layers end-to-end, including model design, versioning, and accuracy iteration
• Develop and deploy production finance dashboards as Streamlit apps
• Automate earnings and reporting cycles, including scenario tooling and IR data requests
• Evaluate model outputs rigorously to ensure quality for finance stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a technical finance-adjacent role
• Proven daily usage of AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) as a primary development tool
• Proficiency in Python for building applications, data pipelines, and reporting automation
• Advanced SQL skills including CTEs and window functions
• Experience shipping and maintaining production Python applications used by end-users
• Strong understanding of data modeling fundamentals (bronze/silver/gold layers)
• Proficiency with Git workflows including PRs and code reviews
• Familiarity with fiscal year concepts and core revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, bookings)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake Cortex (Cortex Analyst, Agents, Dynamic Tables)
• Experience with SnowWork or CoCo
• Proficiency with dbt for model authoring and testing
• Knowledge of semantic search, embeddings, and vector similarity
• Experience with reporting automation libraries like openpyxl
