Senior/Specialist, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams and proactively assess and mitigate risks
• Monitor program execution using schedule tracking, reporting, and metric evaluation
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with timelines
• Resolve critical issues by engaging subject matter experts and driving solutions
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and interface with executive leadership
• Review build plans, identify constraints, and recommend improvements
• Participate in forecasting, production scheduling, and material requirements planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, or materials management
• Proven experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP system
• Knowledge of production control, forecasting, and project management processes
