Senior/Principal Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area
• Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows, including human-in-the-loop systems and autonomous task execution
• Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior, escalation logic, and evaluation frameworks
• Identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows
• Work directly with customers and external partners to validate solutions
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, reliability, and efficiency gains
• Influence product direction and mentor other PMs on the team

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered product features (agentic workflows, LLM integration, or intelligent automation)
• Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, data models, and AI pipelines
• Proven ability to drive outcomes at a senior level without direct authority
• Data-driven decision-making skills with experience defining product metrics
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management
• Prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the growth of a product organization
