Senior/Principal Product Manager - Account Experience

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Account Insights using data, customer research, and market insights.
• Deliver on strategy and KPIs by prioritizing impactful projects on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, and Compliance teams.
• Communicate effectively across product teams to influence areas outside of direct control.
• Take a hands-on approach to unblock technical issues, manage compliance risks, and analyze data to ensure product success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building customer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience in UX and customer journey optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Technical understanding to effectively collaborate with and unblock engineering leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• A proactive, "hands-on" mindset that goes beyond traditional product management boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, banking, or other technology-driven organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly.
