Senior/Principal Lead Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer outcomes for semiconductor accounts, from discovery to model deployment
• Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage delivery accountability
• Lead cross-functional value delivery teams including Applications Engineers and AI/ML Scientists
• Act as a dual project and product manager, running sprints and shaping product intuition
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement by debugging models and prototyping workflows
• Partner with GTM teams to drive account engagement and growth
• Feed market signals back to Product and Research teams to shape the roadmap

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in engineering, simulation, R&D, or applied AI/ML
• Multi-physics fluency (EDA, thermal, electromagnetics, fluid dynamics, or structural mechanics)
• Proficiency in Python, scripting, and simulation tools
• Working knowledge of AI/ML applied to engineering (surrogate modeling, physics-informed ML, or digital twins)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
• Strong customer-facing presence and product instinct
• Ability to travel 10–25% to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials engineering
• Experience at semiconductor capital equipment, chip design, or EDA companies
• Expertise in fab equipment engineering or chip-level thermal/EM analysis
• Familiarity with advanced packaging (2.5D/3D, chiplets, HBM)
• Track record of deploying ML or simulation tools into production workflows
