Senior/Principal Lead Delivery Engineer — Industrial

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer outcomes for industrial accounts from discovery through deployment
• Lead cross-functional value delivery teams including AI/ML scientists and engineers
• Act as a dual project and product manager to shape product intuition and roadmap

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in engineering, simulation, R&D, or applied AI/ML
• Multi-physics fluency in structural, thermal, electromagnetic, or fluid dynamics
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, scripting, and simulation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with surrogate modeling, neural operators, or physics-informed ML
• Prior experience at major industrial companies or enterprise software providers
