Senior/Principal AI Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect hybrid agent systems combining on-device inference, near-device compute, and cloud-scale reasoning
• Lead multi-tier intelligence strategy for LLM, vision, speech, and planning components
• Build scalable agent runtimes coordinating multiple models and sensor inputs
• Drive performance optimization across CPU, GPU, NPU, and cloud clusters
• Translate research breakthroughs into production-ready agent behaviors
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to the engineering team

Requirements

• BSc, Master, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Strong foundations in systems engineering or machine learning
• Deep experience in ML systems engineering and inference pipelines
• Expertise in agent architecture including planning loops and memory subsystems
• Knowledge of CPU/GPU/NPU pipelines and low-level performance tuning
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems, RPC frameworks, or microservices
• Expertise in hybrid inference deployment across heterogeneous environments
• Skills in performance profiling and benchmarking
• Experience with model optimization techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation
