Senior/Lead User Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale various channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Quora
• Implement growth hacking strategies to drive rapid growth
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness by monitoring marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI) and deep-funnel data
• Research competitors and analyze their advertising channels and approaches
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and evaluate high-converting ad creatives
• Work with product and technical teams to optimize user flows and conversion funnels
• Mentor other User Acquisition managers and eventually lead a team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing
• Practical experience developing and implementing advertising campaigns in Facebook and Google Ads
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV) and their link to financial results
• Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management roles
• Experience with TikTok Ads
