Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across Tier 1 markets
• Track and optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROI to influence revenue growth
• Build and improve automated workflows for campaign management, creative testing, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, and Product teams
• Proactively suggest and test new hypotheses to push performance forward

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Analytical and structural thinking with the ability to turn data into action
• B2+ English proficiency for working across English-speaking markets
• Test-and-learn mindset suitable for fast-moving teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Airtable, Amplitude, or AppsFlyer
• Experience in Tier 1 markets such as US, UK, Canada, or Australia
• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM
• Prior experience in fast-growing B2C startups
