Requirements

• PhD in ML/NLP or equivalent practical experience
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with foundation models (training, architectures, RL, scaling)
• Experience with evaluation (benchmarks, LLM-as-judge, failure analysis)
• Knowledge of frontier topics like multimodal models, agents, or world models
• Ability to own the full research cycle from framing questions to shipping results

Preferred Qualifications

• Published research at ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, EMNLP, ACL, or AAAI
• Non-trivial AI side projects or open-source contributions
• Experience with tool use and test-time compute
