Senior/Lead Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product launches end-to-end, owning positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
• Develop product-focused content including web pages and posts
• Create a library of customer stories through case studies, video, and social content
• Build training, collateral, and enablement for Sales and Success teams
• Partner with EPD to translate product builds into clear customer outcomes
• Champion the customer by acting as the in-house expert on buyer needs
• Monitor the competitive landscape to sharpen Attio's market edge

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing
• Exceptional writing skills for positioning, web copy, and case studies
• Strong aesthetic taste and ability to articulate a vision for high-quality work
• Bias for speed and ability to own projects from start to finish
• Builder mindset suitable for a small, high-impact team
• Fluency in using AI tools to improve productivity and output

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality video and web content
• Prior experience working at a design-led company
