Senior/Lead Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product launches end-to-end, owning positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
• Develop product-focused content including web pages and posts to bring the product story to life
• Create a library of customer stories through case studies, video, web, and social media
• Arm Revenue teams with training, collateral, and enablement to close new business
• Partner with EPD to translate technical builds into clear customer outcomes
• Champion the customer by acting as the in-house expert on buyer needs and signals
• Sharpen the competitive edge by monitoring market trends and legacy CRM competitors

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing
• Exceptional writing skills for positioning, web copy, and case studies
• Strong aesthetic taste and ability to articulate a vision for high-quality work
• Bias for speed and ability to own projects from start to finish
• Builder mindset suitable for a small, high-impact team
• Fluency in using AI tools to work smarter and ship better

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing beautiful work across various formats, especially video and web
• Prior experience working at a design-led company
