Senior/Lead Executive Recruiter

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations functions
• Own and deliver on highly complex and hard-to-fill roles through market mapping and proactive headhunting
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and success profiles
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using executive search methodologies and AI tools
• Act as a lead closer managing offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, and candidate negotiations
• Provide market intelligence including talent insights and compensation benchmarks
• Champion a fast-paced, high-quality hiring process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant
• Strong background in executive search and headhunting for leadership roles
• Demonstrated success hiring within robotics, AI, automation, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
