Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools, frameworks, and APIs to improve developer experience and productivity.
• Build automation for CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to ensure consistency and security.
• Collaborate with application development teams to simplify deployment, testing, and monitoring workflows.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code in .NET, Java, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code solutions for large-scale, cloud-native platforms using Azure and Kubernetes.
• Champion software engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and observability.
• Mentor team members on software engineering practices and bridge gaps between infrastructure and application development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Platform Engineering or a similar role with expertise in automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in .NET, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience integrating core languages into CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or Bicep.
• Experience developing APIs, SDKs, or developer-facing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and large-scale deployment strategies.
• Background in full-stack development.
